- You may submit up to 3 entries per class, and individual horses may only enter each class once.
- Classes may be split up into "rounds" depending on total number of entries.

- You are not required to depict riders/handlers or backgrounds, though it is encouraged.
- Stories are optional and must accompany an art entry; no lit-only entries.
- Participants are welcome and encouraged to get festive, as long as it does not inhibit function for the class! Ribbons, hats, tinsel, and other accessories are allowed on both horse and rider within reason. Please do not enter the arena in a giant inflatable Santa costume.
- Additional class guidelines are listed in the sections below and must be followed as well.
Setting
- Location: Norfolk, England
- All classes are held in one of the facility's outdoor arenas. Trees/bushes and mountains can be seen in the background.
- Fencing is dark brown and decorated with lights, garlands, and ribbons/bows for the show.
- Weather:
- Overcast and colddddd. If you aren't actively competing, you might want to put on a sweater.
- Snow has been removed from the arena for the most part, but there may be a light dusting left over.
- Lots of snow remaining outside of the arena and footpath areas, but not actively snowing besides tiny little flurries.

Classes
-
Hunter Over Fences: Ponies jump a traditional hunter course, demonstrating a rhythmic and forward pace. Jumps are decorated for the holidays with greenery, wrapping paper, garlands, tinsel, ribbons, bows, etc, but should still be neat, presentable, and lean toward naturalistic-with-accents over giant-colorful-present-stack. Jumps depicted should be fairly low/easy, no higher than the chest.
-
Hunter Under Saddle: Ponies are shown at the walk, trot, and canter with relaxed, steady movement and proper equitation.
-
Model Class (In-Hand): Ponies are led at a walk and trot, then stand for inspection based on conformation, condition, and overall presentation.

- Classes will be judged by weighted RNG - entries will earn a set number of tickets outlined in the table below, and winners will be drawn "raffle-style" using these values. This means you are more likely to win with a more detailed entry, but not guaranteed.
- Horses that are entered in all three classes by the same user are eligible for champion titles. These entries will be evaluated based on perceived effort compared to gallery/usual work, adherence to the theme/setting, breed depiction, and overall creativity/impact. Both a Grand Champion and Reserve Champion will be crowned, and will receive a $60 Semi-Custom Voucher to be used within 30 days.
- To ensure fairness, staff is not eligible for this category - instead, they have two Judge's Choice spots reserved; see below.
