Stevia lives up to her name; sweet. Children love her as well, being one of the favourites in the stable and often gets drawn nice pictures during children's activities. She is a pony that listens well, but may decide to knock things over if she feels like it and gallop if she is in the larger arena for the day than the smaller one she usually finds herself in. She is primarily a jumping pony, used by more advanced young riders and is often ridden in small local competitions respresenting the stable and her class. A healthy pony with a lot of life.

Stevia is kept similarly to the image, though her tail may be braided or tied up, and her short mane might get decorated in one way or another. However, Stevia is not too fond of having anything on her neck and head, thus keeping the decoration mostly to her tail. She has a fitted English tack specifically for jumping.
