★ about twix: rambunctious from the very beginning, it was noted that twix's dam was not especially disciplined with her foal, who had loved to race around at mach 10 speeds since the moment she could stand. her poor mother was a docile pony and, quite honestly, too much of a pushover to even go so far as to pin an ear at her filly's misdeeds. this resulted in quite a little menace to halter train, much less start under saddle, and it was often remarked that twix took after her sire in that way.
     twix is quick to play tricks and test her rider, however, true to her teddy cob nature, she has not a mean-spirited bone in her body. this pony is a fun challenge for youth riders who have progressed into intermediate territory. she excels in western riding, but with far more "go" than "woah," twix especially prefers fast-paced sports over a western pleasure class. with her short stature and well-practiced muscle memory, twix rounds a barrel like nobody's business. her favorite treats are sugar cubes!
